    Cd1 cleaners shrunk three pairs of pants and tried to blame on manufacturer, when I have had other pants of same brand cleaned there over the years, said she steamed them and it would be better and they turned out worse, I believe they just didnt want to pay the $500 dollars or better to replace the pants , Im just want pants replaced.

When we start processing garments, we carefully follow the care label. In this case, we have done the same. We have also measured the pants which shows correct length. We would like to offer $10 credit towards future cleaning. We are sorry that we came short in provided you the best experience. Thank you for taking time to bring this matter to our attention.

    I talk to manager my Jeans rip while cleaning refuse do repair or refund me.

    manager was called *********************** for his old Riped pant  while cleaning time, and we offer him to do alteration on his pant, he was accepting this offer And we are sending his pant for alteration. he will pick up on Monday.

    Dropped off 7 pairs of pants on 10/13. When I picked up my slacks a couple of days later, they only had 6 pairs and one pair that was not mine. I returned the incorrect pants and asked about the missing garments. They said they had no idea but to come back at a later date. I came back multiple times and they finally showed my my beige slacks with spots all over them. I asked why they had spots all over them and they stated that another customer had something in their garments that affected my pants. They asked to give them an opportunity to properly clean them. I have returned to the location on multiple occasions and have asked for a return call. No one has ever called me nor has management ever spoken to me. On 10/29 I filled out two forms for my lost/ damaged garments. I was told it would take two weeks to receive compensation. It has now been three weeks and still no reimbursement or communication. I requested that the manager (*****) call me but to no avail. I believe that she is in the store when I visit but refuses to talk to me. I have patronized this business for years and dropped off clothing almost every week. I am appalled at the lack of attention to a loyal customer. Any assistance you might be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    Issue has not been satisfactorily addressed. I received a call on Monday (11/28) from ***** at which time she said she had not heard of this issue. I have visited that location on at least 5 or 6 occasions to inquire about the lost/damaged garments and spoke to the owner (I believe) who showed me my damaged slacks. ***** asked that I bring in a copy of the claim forms that they had provided, and I had filled out during at my last visit (10/29).Rather than delay that process, I asked for her email address and sent over a copy of the lost/damaged claim forms as well as the original receipt. I then received an email on 11/29 stating that my order was ready for pick up. When I returned to the store on 12/1, I was informed that my order was NOT available.I then spoke to ***** directly. She stated that she never received my email and then produced a binder that she said contained all claim forms from the last 4 years. I then produced the email on my phone at which time she miraculously found the email I had sent her and printed a hard copy. She also stated that she had not viewed the email as she leaves at 2:00 and was not there the following day. That would account for 11/28 and 11/29 but she should have reviewed the email on either 11/30 or 12/1 the day of my visit. I asked how much longer I would need to wait for resolution to an issue that began on 10/13 and she assured me that I would receive a call within the next 2 days. It has now been 2 1/2 days and no word from ***********

    As I understand  Each pant the cost was $50  and it was two pants and two years old pants. also without perched recipe best value We have offered Each pants $30 which is I think best fair value. your total $ 60  is ready to pick up. if you are agree to this offer respond me on bbb.

    Placed a 2 piece light rose/purple suit in for cleaning at this location. After receiving my suit back I notice new spots on the suit which appears to be a sauce or cleaning solvent stains. I brought this to the attention of the manager ***** who said she would re-proccess the suit. I informed her those stains was not there before. She acknowledged that. Upon returning the stains was still there after a second time. This time ***** said there was nothing she could do ...when I asked for a refund she said no. and that it was not open to discussion. She said that spots was already there. (if that was the case they would have tagged the suit the first time) She raised her voice at me and in front of another manager named *** who happened to be there from another store insulted me and condescended to me saying she didn't care who I called that she wasn't giving me a refund. She instead said she would try and clean it again but this time I would have to sign something saying if they messed it up it would be on me....Really? I have been doing business with this location for some time and am very hurt and surprised by the lack of professionalism and concern with trying to retain business. Also I noticed quite a bit of plastic looking residue on the pants of the suit. When bring this to her attention she said "ohhh. this is starch" just brush it off like that was normal. SMH.
