On 03/28/2023 I Hired the electrician to do a job in a buidling that I bought. I gave him $600 to apply for the license and permit with the town and he was waiting on everyone else to get those permits. On 06/15/2023 I gave him $2,000 to start the service but the rest of the companies register and applied with the town and he did not do the service. He said that the money was going to cover the order of the 3 gang meter socket that supposly were going to take 4-6 months to arrive. Charms was always giving excuses that he couldn't do the job because there were trees in the middle of the service line between the building and the pole from the city. (Those trees were removed, 06/20/2023). He need it to get the architectual plans for the back porch because he need it to make sure that would not cause any damage on the people that could use the back porch (The archictectual plans were provided 08/02/2023). Days become weeks and weeks become months, By 07/15/2023 I hired another electrician and he did all the inside electrical waiting on Mr. ****** to do the service line that he got paid for. This cost me an awful stress and spending more money because we did not have power. When I called him to get my money he said that he was buying a house and needed that money to show for the closing and he would send it back as soon as he would close on that. Well I am still waiting for that money to hit my back account. That was a horrible experience with him.

***********************************First of all ,this was the second job that was done for this client. The first job,was started by another contractor and not completed.I finished the job and got it passed with City inspections..There was a balance, that wasn't paid by this customer. Now comes this job..I was never hired to the the interior work, just the service. On July 5 2023, I installed breaker boxes in the basement and pictures were sent to this client. At this time, trees were still present..In your reponse ,trees were removed in June ,not true.No plans weren't available at this time either. Work was done by us at this property .The timeliness that you reveal in your response are not accurate

I am rejecting this response because: He was hired to do the service only since I transfer the first draw on March and then the other part on June and he only put the breaker boxes on July 5th, 2023. Plans were provided and they were not need them to install the service. The back porch IS NOT build yet and the new electrician did that work and never asked for the drawings!!  And when he said work was done by US? who's US, It was another electrician that got paid for the service, why if it was US, he did not gave the money to that company? How dares to said US? There are two different companies and two different people. Shame on you!!

    Sincerely,

Charms..Plans are required for a permanent installation of an Electrical ********************* is up now by others but ,100 percent , it will need relocation, once the porch is up..In the first complaint, there was no acknowledgement of my work and the materials I provided .Also ,I was never paid for the previous job I did and passed inspection..Trees weren't removed in your timeline..All we are saying is that be fair and compensate us for the work we did and don't try to get work and material for free, like in your complaint

I am rejecting this response because: We are not talking about needing plans or porch to be relocated. Not talking about a different job where you did not get paid $100 that I told you to take away from the money that I gave you. You bough two boxes with brakers and wants to be compensated. What about the money that I expended since June until January when I finally got the service working, what about the morgage payments that I did during those months, gasoline, oil, tanks of prophane that I have to  provided to keep running the generator  so the other workers could do their job and  keep the place warm because of your negligency to do the work that you got paid and NEVER finished. Do you want to talk about those expenses that I incurred because of that? I can reimburse you what you expended  as long as you can reimbursed me for the others expenses that I incurr and I can gladly add on top of this complain so we can talk about the same issue and fairness.

    Sincerely,

This job started months before me without electricity. You invested in generators and fuel before me, that is not my fault. It is a legal way to fire and hire another contractor, that didn't happen. All I want is to be paid for work and materials. You wanted to be reimbursed in full, not right..Again you started the job without the proper permits and electricity to the building. Again,I helped you pass inspection and the permits on a previous project that someone else didn't finish properly
