    Chavez Remodeling was paid in full on 4/25/24 and 4/46/24 the total amount of $8000.00. This was for installation of vinyl plank flooring in the upstairs living area and 4 bedroom, installation of new railing and build in nee wall drywall and trim.. It took Chavez Remodeling over 2 months and numerous phone calls and threats of legal action to get him to finish the job he was paid to do. To date, the railing isn't finished and money that he owes us for overpayment and deciding to have only 3 of the 4 bedrooms flooring done has not been reimbursed to me as Mr. ********************** verbally agreed to do.

    Remodeling contract agreed upon on October 3, 2022 Cost of remodel $25,000.00 Amount paid so far $21,000.00 Projected date of remodel completion 11/3/22, then extended to 11/11/22.Its been now over 4 months and job is not complete yet. *************** has been contacted numerous times to inquire when job will be done. Mr ********************** has ignored my texts and has failed to show up to work over 22 times over the last month and a half. He did not show up to work the entire month of December. Mr ********************** keeps making up excuses as to why he is not showing up to work. He had done so only after I have reached out to him to inquire why he is not at my place to work. *************** has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and complete disregard for the agreed upon contract.
