    I spent $6 on dryers and my clothes are still wet. The dryers were ice cold. The attendant told me which one he used but it was in service. So only one dryer out of 20 was efficient. The floor looked like it could have asbestos, it really needs to be checked. The attendant offered to reimburse the money. He said he was thirty minutes away and never showed up. ********* dont work. The maintenance with this business is deplorable. They increased the prices but provided less than horrible service. Out of frustration of not being helped; with not being able to properly wash and dry( the purpose of the laundromat) I finally packed my wet clothes and left. The dryers are ****. I expected to have to dry a second time to ensure they were dry. But I paid a dollar for each machine and refused to give them more money.

    Good afternoon this whole complaint started when this customer tried to wash and dry there clothes after normal business hours. The hours are clearly posted on the front door of the location and on my  ****** business page. She gave me a bad review on ****** and also had a few of her friends go on ****** and lie about the location please read them and you will see as your reading the lies that are being told they couldnt even get her stories together. Im sending you a picture of my dryers in my laundry I have 24 dryers in total all of my dryers are programmed to medium heat default for safety reasons if customers want higher heat all the have to do is press the buttons.This location is partly unattended with an on call cleaning person if there is a problem and his name and number is posted on the door as well as other places in the location. My business license gets renewed every year with not problem If I only had one working dryer or if the place wasnt  running as it should the village of lansing would have been there to address those issues. The sink works fine she probably didnt know how to press the button all the way down. I havent had a price increase at this location since I opened it two years ago Im not sure where that came from. Also everything in my location works as it should.  If she would have taken the time out to read anything in the store maybe she wouldnt have had a issue. Also the old flooring in the location was removed because Were in the process of installing all new washers and once the new washers are installed the flooring will be replaced.
