    The owner or manager of this company is extremely rude. Originally, I planned on a bathroom remodel. Called and spoke to them. Then I had an accident that landed me in the hospital for five days. I am doing still doing rehabilitation to ******* caregiver called to cancel this appointment within a week after my accident. It would have been the first appointment to top it off. She also explained I had an accident, and this project would not be done anytime soon. She told them I will call when the time comes (at least one year from May 2025.)Do, I get a call on July 8, 2025, from Bath Concepts wanting to schedule for the bathroom remodel. I tell the owner/manager I am not ready for a big project. I am still healing from my accident. He couldve cared less.He told me off because Im not ready. Apparently, they didnt make any notes about my accident, having to wait and Id call when Im ready.Can you imagine if you had something you didnt really like while they were working in your home? Geesh, if your wise, youll heed this advice and steer clear of Bath Concepts.

    I had my bathroom renovated and we used BCI acrylic shower tile to update the shower. The acrylic tile on the walls and ceiling are cracked in 26 different areas. The product has a lifetime warranty but *** will not repair the damaged acrylic walls and ceiling. I have contacted the contractor who installed the shower for the past year with no resolution to fix the issues. I would like the shower walls to be completely replaced with new walls and a ceiling.

    I am rejecting this response because: The business did not offer any resolution. I would like the bathroom panels replaced as stated in the lifetime warranty for the product. They have a lot of issues and the matter has not been addressed by the business.

    All indications are chemical.  Some sort of aerosol or non approved cleaner is being sprayed in the area of the walls and ceiling.  Looking closely at the photos - the silicone and paint in the areas show chemical damage as well.  Roeland Home has reached out to the homeowner to offer suggestions with no return phone call.

    I am rejecting this response because: I actually did speak to the contractor. Im not sure how paying $3,000 more to repair a bathroom product that. you supplied, and is now defective is an ethical business practice . No where in the warranty does it say not to use any type of aerosol in the bathroom. That seems very unreasonable anyway. How can it be seen in the photos that an aerosol caused the damage? What was the exact aerosol then? I can assure you most homes use some type or aerosol spray in their bathroom.

    We have care and maintenance instructions on our website.  There are a list of cleaners not to use - aerosols is listed.  There is a note that use of these chemicals could cause a dull surface and chemical cracks.  This will void your product warranty.

    I am rejecting this response because: As I stated in my original complaint I have never used any other cleaner other than Microban and Wet and Forget. Im not sure why you are saying the warranty is voided because you are assuming I used an aerosol cleaner. I did not use that type of cleaner ever. Your company should honor the warranty. These cracks started happening less than a year after the panels were installed.

    The bath shower was completely redone with use of BCI acrylic product. The shower glass doors do not fit right and lots of water leaks out of the the glass doors on all three places. The water puddles on the floor and is causing mold to grow? We use throw rugs to absorb the water but its only getting worse since the water should drain inside the shower but its coming outside and causing a slippery floor. We are both seniors and fear slipping

    *** is a bath manufacturer, we do not install.  Their contractor who did the work and sold them the job 9/13/2022, appears to be out of business.  The homeowner said his shower base is "prefectly leveled".   The shower door does not appear to be defective in the photos he sent.  I offered to send complimentary silicone, but he did not provide his address or contract to know where to send it.  I have offered another contractor to come out and give him a quote for service work. 

    We have asked for a video so that we can see where the water is gushing from.  He advised us that he will be seeking legal counsel.

    Absolute nonstop calling. I have blocked multiple numbers from them and they continue to call from different numbers all day everyday. I had 1 inquiry with them and was no longer interested and they will not stop.

    I was in the hospital during the summer and answered a telemarketing call from this company. At some point we will want to do bathroom remodel so I set up a free estimate for a Saturday. After getting out of the hospital, I realized that it wouldn't be financially feasible to do this as well as pay off hospital bills. From that point on till today, they have called my phone non stop. I've told them not interested, blocked their phone and texted them. we can't use them at this time. I want them to quit calling my phone. At this point, even if I did have the extra money , I wouldn't use them because of the calls.

    Dear ***/*****, ******** is the date of transaction. Work started on ********, they got the incorrect panels, tried to complete, saying we can do noting. But i insisted on what we agreed. Later they ordered the correct panel and wanted to charge extra, we refused and said we agreed and can't charge extra (from ******** we are out of shower usage). They showed up on ******** and ********, installed the bottom panel and shower head. Now they called to ask for the remaining balance, and then they will complete the rest of the work. i said when it was going to get complete, they are saying another 10 days. We are currently out of shower. I told them that once you finish the work, i will pay, and they said until I pay they will not finish the rest of the work. They didn't even bother to say sorry it is getting late or say due to delay we will comenstate... etc. They made so much mess twice, and we have to clean our bathroom. **** please help.     I am getting several calls a day from BCI bath and shower from phone numbers with area codes all over *********. I did not request information from them and every time I block a number. I simply get a call from a different phone number. I am requesting that the calls stop immediately.

    On 04/15/2024 Bath Planet installed a walk in shower. The representative, ****, told us before we signed a contract, what would be included in the installation. He said that 3 walls would have waterproof green board installed on each wall. Only 1 wall has green board installed The demolition of the bathtub required it to be broken into at least 2 pieces. As it was being carried out, my back door was gouged deeply. I contacted ****, who never got back with us. I was finally able to talk to a supervisor and he offered us $100 for our troubles. This is not acceptable. This is an antique door. I want it fixed properly or a new door installed at their expense. Why would a company think that they can damage something while performing their job and not be held accountable? As for the green board, I dont know what the compensation for the material and labor would be. Im open to suggestions by the company.

    BCI set up bath planet ********s for independent contractors. Then supply them with equipment . It appears that they have a rogue trader in ******* and ******* who runs both ********s . Name - ***************************. If you check previous BBB complaints prior to our involvement it appears the ********s were grabbing money and not fulfilling its obligations . We signed up with the Orlando ******** August 14th 2023 and are having the same experience as previous dated complaints. BCI have failed to regulate their business model or vet contractors they set up in business I understand BCI are a manufacturer , however they are associated with bath planet franchise and have a duty of care to protect and warn the public of rogue traders . We want an explanation as to what has happened and what BCI involvement is ? Do BCI just set these dealers up ? Give them the tools and when the going gets tough and fraud / deception and theft happens , just wash their hands ? BCI corporate have a big bath planet sign outside their corporate building and are guilty by association. . If indeed BCI help set these ********s up , they have a responsibility to audit and regulate business . I would like to know when BCI cut off supplying bath planet ******* ? Gutterglove ? And where they proactive in informing the public of a rogue trader ?

    The scope of our authority is limited to the warranty of BCI products against manufacturing defects.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    you are not acknowledging that BCI are the parent company of bath planet. You are washing hands of responsibility. You have a duty of care to protect the public . BCI set up bath planet franchises and have clearly failed to vet or regulate their franchises  . Fraud has been committed and there appears to be a dark history from the owner of ***************** having apparent gambling issues / sales people committing loan fraud , also a apparent history of family trauma by the sales manager with the murder of her brother? Very alarming statement that came from the sales guy who was in our home ! Could this type of trauma contributed to the money grab and deception that occurred ? also looking at previous BBB complaints regarding Momnt ( loan transaction company ) also BBB complaints against bath planet and BCI , there appears to be a trend . Similar complaints happened before we experienced our issues and BCI have failed to acknowledge or regulate . BCI should have known there is a rogue trader at a location they helped set up and didnt inform the public or banks. We need to know what BCI have did proactive ? Also did they cut off supplying bath planet ******* location and if so, what date ? When were they aware of problems ? And why did further fraud happen after BBB complaints  ? BCI are the parent company . This is clear on websites . BCI cannot ignore what has happened . They are guilty by association enough of the copy and paste response please ! Please answer these questions and help customers that have been defrauded. This is going to get messy

BCI set up bath planet ******* as a business and have failed to get involved with a rogue trader at one of the franchise locations. Advising me to do something already have is not good enough! I want answers to my questions on previous message . Example , why they didnt intervene when it was clear that fraud was happening ? What date did they cut off supplying that location ? We need answers to help with our investigation . BCI are guilty by association
