I'm not sure where to begin as this matter is so bizarre as I scheduled an appointment with the salon after seeing it on Groupon seeing a woman named ************** believe who appeared to be very nice as it is customary after two weeks to schedule a follow up visit where something could have been missed or done inappropriately or simply not enough which I did and started receiving telephone calls close to my appointment about how ****** was unavailable to see me and to reschedule which I initially did the receiving a call from a woman I don't know while on my way to the appointment attempting to cancel again where I said I was almost there which she did not sound too happy about reluctantly allowing me just to come in for a follow up appointment to see if everything went okay which again is customary for these types of procedures which the woman I was speaking to I believe ********************** did not want to allow me to even do and when seeing the woman I believe *** have been ****** was told while sitting in a waiting room chair and not examined, 'everything looks fine', very quickly while standing several feet in front of me while not being professionally examined which I made her aware asking me to come back in two to four weeks to be 'examined', further. I was again for the second time told by the person who administered the procedure I believe her name was ************** had five units remaining which can be applied which I asked about during my second visit to their office and was told by ****** it will be held in my account for future use. I made ********************** aware of this and my conversation with ****** asking her to provide me with a refund to my credit card after the actual fifth time of this office cancelling or rescheduling my appointments which ********************** did again for the second time related to my upcoming appointment after making her aware I have very strong facial muscles being told this by a previous provider who was a doctor needing a procedure more regularly.

This patient received everything that he paid for.  The patient came into the office 7/5/22 for a Botox Cosmetic Procedure.  He took advantage of our in office special which was purchase 40 units for $400 and receive complimentary 10 units, which all were injected on that day.  He received 20 units in the Forehead, 18 units in the Glabella (above the nose) and 6 units each to the Right and Left Orbicularis.  He returned for the 2 week follow up on 7/18/22 and he was pleased with the results and recommended to follow ** in 3-4 months for retreatment if needed at that time.  We received 2 postcards from the client that claimed his satisfaction.  Yes, I tried to reschedule the patient on 7/18/22 due to an overwhelming hospitalization that was occurring with our  Medical Patients, however the patient insisted he be seen that day.  There was no promise of any additional units to be given at no charge or a credit to his account.  He received everything that he paid for.

Attached please find all relevant documentation to this client.  We in no way promised anything additional at no charge and were professional at all times.  We wish this patient continued good health, however, will not provide medical or cosmetic services to him in the future.

I am rejecting this response because: I would like to reject the company's response as it is very much inaccurate, please. I would like to explain verbatim as to what actually happened, please. I contacted the business after seeing it advertised on Groupon and was told by their staff member they would prefer if I were to pay for the item listed online at the time of my appointment which I agreed to do being contacted shortly afterward as they said there were some scheduling issues and was rescheduled for a different day which appeared to go fine as the woman ****** who did the treatment was a nice person appearing to do a good job as I was told I needed fifty units which is what I paid for immediately after my service more than the Groupon price scheduling a follow ** in two weeks which is customary for everyone to be seen after this type of a treatment to see if everything went well and was done correctly by the injector which when speaking with ****** was asked to do in addition to being told if I needed any additional units at that time or when I purchase more in the future which could have been a month or two down the road I receive five free units either during my follow up or at the point down the road which is also done by all who are in the business as if someone needs any additional in their follow up or shortly afterward they are given them free of charge. This is when everything went downhill as I received another call from their ****** rescheduling again saying ****** was busy at the hospital and could not again make my appointment and was rescheduled for a different day which I accepted where the day of my new appointment I received a call from someone whose voice I did not recognize while driving to the appointment and just about at their ****** while not saying her name but asking me to again, reschedule. I explained to the woman who I had never spoken to previously I did not feel this was right that they have now rescheduled me twice just for this appointment and a total of three times and were almost at their ****** where you could hear it in her voice she very reluctantly agreed to allow me to come to my appointment which upon arriving was asked to sit in a waiting area while sitting in a waiting room chair not the doctor's ****** where I had my procedure done was looked at by ****** from at least ten feet away who simply opened the sliding door and while standing in front of it and not me told me I was fine and did not need anything, further. I stated to ****** what about the five units I am supposed to receive in my follow up and she told me it is okay that when I come back in a month or two I will receive them and despite feeling uneasy about my appointment with ****** agreed scheduling a follow ** appointment in another two weeks which is what I have been advised, please. I was contacted by the woman who attempted to cancel my appointment while driving as she did not introduce herself when at her ****** previously cancelling my appointment saying she cannot give me any Botox per *** guidelines which I knew to be untrue asking in an email for her to provide me with a copy of what she is alleging which she failed to ever do or mention it again only referring me to their SkinMedica line in an email I received August 10, where ***************************** which is who is now contacting me and the person I had no knowledge of both cancelling my appointments and not allowing me to have further Botox treatment despite needing it which I made her aware and is now referring me to their new skincare line saying how she absolutely loves it asking me to purchase an HA5, brilliant eyes, Rejuvenative moisturizer, neck correct cream, AHA BHA Exfoliating cleanser, Essential Defense Mineral Shield SPF 32 Tinted Sunscreen, none of these things I have ever heard of in my life and not needing quite frankly having been told I have wonderful skin which their own employee ****** stated to me as, well. I am owed five units as this is customary of all salons not just theirs for this type of procedure as many do not place a limit on the amount someone may need during a follow up but have never previously not needed anything as an area always needs something additional as it is a Botox procedure and something always needs to be be corrected slightly as ********************** has lied to both myself and the Better Business Bureau and highly doubt ****** would lie to me directly after stating I have five free units on my account at any time in the future both times when seeing her. Thank you.

    Sincerely,
