      On November 2, 2023 I hired Mr. ********************** to handle a legal matter for me. He charged a $4000 retainer and promised that he would have a complaint developed in 2 weeks. The 2 weeks came and he provided a terrible draft of the complaint letter, the sad part being it was cut from the complaint letter I wrote into a letter that he had already created for someone else. He promised that he would soon complete the letter but never did. When I contacted them via email the secretary also promised that was diligently working on the complaint. After so many days has passed I wrote that if they were not interested in working my case to refund all my money. They said they would provide the ref I hired them to handle a case for me and provided a $4k retainer. They stated the complaint letter and summons would be ready in 2 weeks. I contacted them to get a status within the 2 weeks and nothing. After my contact, 2 days later I received a sloppily put together complaint letter mashup of a cut of the complaint letter I created and a complaint letter they already had created for someone else. For 2 months they kept telling me they were working on it. After two months I told them if they were not interested in working my case that they should refund my money. They never completed the complaint letter, never provided a summons and charged me $1400.
