    I bought a Hyper Tough tool November 2023 , the tool and battery has two year warranty. The battery stops working in April 2025 and called hyper tough asked to take to ******* and ******* dont have replacement neither they refund full my money. I am now stuck with tool and company dont care about their warranty.

    I had went to ******* on 4/9/25 to do some shopping. I stumbled upon these 800 lumen head lamps made my hyper tough. I thought that was a great deal for $14.97 so I bought 3 actually ! After getting home and reviewing the manual it says that the 800 lumen only lasts 30 SECONDS! The box clearly advertises that its 800 lumen and I would assume it be that during regular use not for a silly 30 seconds! The stand the lamps are on says 800 lumen and I expected that! I will attach photos of what I got! I want them to fix how they advertised these products and be refunded as I still want the 800 lumen headlamp that was promised! But one that lasts more then 30 seconds.

    Greetings, This complaint is about a warranty claim. I purchase a hyper tough electric power drill from *********** on Jan 07, 2024. The drill came with a 2 year warranty. The drill started smoking and has a strong burning smell on Feb 25, 2025. The drill will not operate now. Hyper Tough and ******* are affiliated. I contacted ******* customer service and they gave me this phone # ************ to contact for warranty service. I call this number and was told by the person I talk to, to take my receipt and the defective drill to a ******* store returns department. When I took the drill to 4 different ******* store returns department. I was told the same thing every time. That your 90 days has elasped and we cannot do a replacement or refund. I call the ************ again. And they keep telling me that ******* supposed to honor the warranty.
