      I would like to give Landmark one star. The install on my siding job took nearly two years. Six months after the original siding install, my house was outside of the building code, as it had no railing -- although I a railing was to be part of the install. Additionally, the installers left both my new video doorbell and security camera hanging by its wire and non functional. The install was in the fall of 2021. When I hadn't heard back from Landmark by June of 2022, I started what would end up being a lengthy series of calls and emails to get them to complete the job. I'm convinced that, had I not called, they would not have completed the job -- ever. They ended up installing a railing -- but it wasn't the one I ordered. No one checked with me to see if the replacement would be okay. They just installed it. My doorbell was hanging by its wires so long, it broke. I asked them to replace it, which they did -- in early 2023 (that's right, more than a year after the original install). Then, they sent me two threatening notes demanding payment, although the job wasn't yet complete -- my security camera was still dangling from a wire and unusable due to a mistake in the install. They even sent one of their contractors out to repair it, and the contractor said it was broken and unable to be installed. Then they finally installed a new camera -- one month shy of TWO YEARS after I signed my contract with them. They accused me of saying my camera didn't work -- it was their contractor who said it was improperly installed. They took my old camera, which they said was still working (theft?) and then tried to charge me $350 for the new camera, which only costs about $140. I have requested and not received the ** code for the new camera, so it still does not function. Two years for an install that still left me with a broken security camera. The worst part was the threats in their emails to pay for an incomplete job. Caveat emptor!

      This review is a little unfair and some points are incorrect. The siding project was completed and the camera was left uninstalled as we do not perform that service (per our contract). She never paid the secondary start deposit at all. The railing was back ordered due to the pandemic so we upgraded her system at no charge to the customer. We only requested payment when all was complete so for the time mentioned she was not billed. We did end up buying a new camera and only then did we find out the old one works fine when plugged in to the outlet. She ended up applying her own discount and paid us last week. All items are completed per the contract whereas it was not the same on her end.

      Replaced my existing Therma-Tru doors , they did a great job - from order to installation, no issues.
