    My daughter ****** bought her wedding dress here a couple of months ago. ****** set up an appointment for bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses. The owner ***** left a voicemail confirming the appointment. My daughter still has the voicemail and it does not say anything about the business having a limited selection of bridesmaid dresses. Our group arrived and there were 10 bridesmaid dresses to choose from. My daughter ***** is the maid of honor and tried a few dresses on, including prom dresses as suggested by one of her employees. We were not being disrespectful whatsoever and ***** weighs about 125 lbs so it's not like she was tearing dresses up because she was too big for the dresses. At 1 p.m., halfway through our appointment time, ***** told us that our appointment was done and yelled at us for "playing in her dresses.". My daughter ****** was crying because her bridal party was treated this way. I walked over to speak to ***** and told her that she upset ******. ****** had paid $900 for half the cost of her wedding dress. I feel that ***** should refund her money and cancel her contract for the dress since ****** doesn't want to wear it now after that treatment. The rest of the group deserves an apology. I believe the owner acted this way because she makes more money on wedding dresses and didn't want us in one of her dressing rooms, which is completely unacceptable. We were treated like trash and yelled at in front of her other customers who were trying on wedding dresses.

    The group of very rude and disrestful in the store and I did ask them to leave when they had been here their allotted time.  She did try to book 2 hours and we only allow 1 hour for bridesmaid appointment. They were late and also were fighting in our parking lot.  She signed a contract that clearly states NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.
