    My landlord had me call Steve Henderson on Tuesday 01/28. He didn't show up until 02/01. I had to text him three different times just to get him to come up. He was here to just fix a minor leak in the kitchen. This is where it gets strange. He went to my basement to shut the water off. A spider web got on him and he literally flipped out and cussed including God's name in vain. He then noticed a small section of sewage that I didn't know was there. He took photos of my poop and sent it to my landlord which is not only a violation of my privacy, but also ABUSE!! I contacted my landlord and explained Steve took photos of a water issue from well over two years ago. Steve told me that even though I've been a long time tenant (over a decade with no complaints), he felt it was his duty to show my landlord how negligent I am as a tenant. My landlord agreed that his actions were extremely unprofessional and uncalled for and won't be using his services ever again. Overall, my experience with Steve Henderson was absolutely reprehensible and humiliating to me as a tenant. This is how this man treated me. Is this the kind of contractor you'd want in your home?
