    State Restoration Services signed a contract with me to claim home insurance and replace a roof. Once check from insurance company was received in Fall of 2022 I decided to do a job in Spring of 2023. State Restoration Services collected 25% portion of the check but when the time came to start work in Spring of 2023 they refused to do a job and refused to return money they collected.

    Regarding the Complaint Filed by Mr. ********:

    Contractual Obligations:
    Mr. ********'s complaint involves a dispute over contracted repairs. According to the effective Project Contract dated October 13, 2022, which Mr. ******** has attached to his complaint, there is a clause under Paragraph 1 titled "Final Approval." This clause states: "All contracts and proposals are subject to final approval by State Restoration Service, ************************ and management without exceptions." In adherence to this clause, our ****************** after careful consideration, exercised its discretion to not proceed with the repairs and subsequently voided the Project Contract. This decision was made in accordance with the contractual terms agreed upon by both parties.

    Financial Transactions:
    Regarding the second matter, State Restoration Services, Inc. would like to clarify that no financial agreements were made with Mr. ******** concerning the processing of his insurance claim. Additionally, our records show that State Restoration Services, Inc. has not received any monetary value or fee from Mr. ********* We maintain detailed records of all our transactions and are prepared to provide further clarification if required.
