    My newly purchased condo had carpeting that I wanted replaced. I wasnt sure if I wanted a hard flooring option or carpet. I explained that I was looking at a hard flooring option but was unsure. ****** brought samples in different price points ranging from vinyl plank, to engineered hardwood. The only thing I had in mind was a colorway and he was able to provide quotes for various options. Not only that, but ****** was also able navigate the multipage document about specific underlayment that my condo association requires. ****** works with his team, not just sending contractors. The work was done beautifully. Also, I had a door that wouldnt close because the new hvac system I had installed was larger than the previous unit. Vasiles team replaced the baseboard and the door closes again! ****** is patient, kind and takes pride in his work. My new floors look great!
