    I have had my four cars serviced by this store for years, **** the manager is straight forward with customers. I have seen him help little old ladies get their cars ready for a retest to keep their license. I have seen him deal with complicated situations well , he is ethical and kind.The actual service techs are a good team , I have seen them give each other instructions on the job. There are many variations in cars. I have seen deal with **** drivers who want their cars to be certified, and he gave accurate information

    I went to Jiffy lube lincolnwood on Friday 11/04/22 for an oil changed, Before I leave the store, I noticed that a red light was on which wasn't there when the car arrived to the shop, I asked ******************** why? He said because I needed to change the spark plugs. But Sunday 11/06/22 my car didn't start. I didn't have an opportunity to take my vehicle to an auto repair until 11/23/22, my car was towing to Auto repair, mechanic checked my car his diagnostic to replace the engine, because the car didn't have oil. I was surprise, I knew I recently did an oil changed before my car stop working.. I was jiffy but lube the guy said they need check the videos an call me latter,,******************** called me and ask me where was vehicle, he went to the shop and took pictures of the car for his report, he also came back and add a quarter of engine oil,, my car is at the shop, unfortunate I can't afford to fix my car.I called Jiffy lube asking for his help showing me the videos where his employee added oil to my car, he said that is not happened, he said to do whatever I want, get a lawyer and hung up on me.
