  **** has been trapped in this awful place for so long it is difficult to walk by and see him in that tiny area. When I have gone in, I see cages with rabbits with no information pertaining to breeders, which, by law, is supposed to be on the cage. Im sorry I ever patronized this place and never will again because of their lack of compassion for Spur and adherrence to the law.

  they sell animals that are totally illegal to own. when you walk in, you walk out with a horrible feeling in your gut. the animals they have for sale are in poor health and climbing for their lives to get out of this place. I should have known not to go there after seeing protests outside from time to time, but my daughter wanted a rabbit since hers passed away. the rabbits they had for sale were not spay/neutered (which would have been an additional cost for me) and everyone was so sad, frantic or depressed there that I do not feel comfortable bringing that energy into my daughter's life. Avoid this store at all costs!

  I wish I could give zero stars. This awful place sells naturally wide animals like ******** opposums. I saw one so terrified he was drooling with eyes bulging. They even sell prairie dogs! They have had a poor tortoise (stolen from her home in Africa and trafficked to ***********) in a window display for over 30 years! I have seen her trying to climb out of the tiled walls. She doesn't give up after all these years and it is heartbreaking. This place is incredibly cruel. I will not spend a dime at this dispicable store.

  The owner of the store was rude. He was less than eloquent and unnecessarily sarcastic. He doesn't like to be asked questions. I started by asking and mentioning how much the going price is for a ferret because I saw them for sale at a pet store for $50 in 2008, he defensively and sarcastically said that was ******************************************************************************************************************************************************** only 12 years. I asked him where does he get them and he arrogantly said he's not going to tell me. I couldn't understand that because he also said he got them from ******** breeders when I asked him just a few minutes earlier. I let him know that I just like to learn about everything from what part of the world the animals come from to how large is the place they are raised. Etc. By this time I decided to make a sarcastic humorous comment and said "so it's Top-Secret." He said no but he can't tell me. So I said so it's Top-Secret again. He said well I guess. I asked him if ferrets can eat cat food and he said, no, unless you want them to die early. His rude sense of humor or mean less than eloquent behavior is not how a normal person who actually cares about animals with a proper educated vocabulary speaks. I did some research and found that yes, ferrets can eat cat food. I also ******d ******** breeders and found they are located in north rose, **. Why would he not want to "SHARE" where the animals are raised?I left a ****** review and he replied with yet another antagonist argumentive angry sarcastic comment in which he admits to being insensitive and demonstrates his business ethics are not what is what we are taught as good business practices. He needs to be professionally repremanded.
