    *Date of transaction: 1/15/24 *Amount paid to business: $350 *What business committed to provide: Fix frozen pipes because there is no water in the home. Currently still do not have water because business did not finish service that was supposed to be completed. *Nature of dispute: ******** said they would come fix pipes around 11:30am but didnt show up around 1pm. They claimed they needed half of the money upfront so that is what was paid for an unfinished job. While they were under mobile home, a pipe bursted so one of them came inside to check something around washer and dryer that are inside and said they wanted to make sure everything was okay. They tracked mud everywhere and went back outside to finish but did not. They didnt leave until 6pm and claimed they had other work to get done but needed the rest of the money. They didnt get the water working and there currently isnt any water in the home. They even stole a headband flashlight that was on the counter in my home when they came inside which is highly unacceptable. If they mistakenly thought it was theirs, okay but I am done given the benefit of the doubt. Many calls have been placed to come to a resolution but they said they do not feel comfortable working on home because they feel they arent trusted which if thats how they feel fine, but a refund would be fair. They even said on the phone call $350 is nothing, that is unacceptable and they should give a refund if $350 is nothing to them but I currently have no water. They have since stopped answering phone calls and will not help with any resolution. I just want the money back and will continue looking for another plumber that will actually fix my issue because water is a necessity to live and it is very unfortunate how things played out but I feel this is only fair. They have been acting very unprofessional and this was a horrible experience. The address that I put was the only thing I could find because they dont have one on their website.
