      A lash appointment was made with this business, and the date of 5/11 was agreed upon and booked. A credit card was given for the deposit. The lash technician then texted back a few days later and stated that they will not be open on 5/11 and asked if another day would work. After responding that no other day would work, the lash technician did not reply for multiple days. After texting the lash technician again to ask what was happening they lash technician replied with their company policy, lying and saying that I canceled the appoint when they were the ones that said they were closed on 5/11. They then blocked my number and charged my card the $25 deposit. I am disputing this charge with the credit card company as I did not cancel the appointment, and should not be charge a deposit when I did not cancel.

      As shown in the text message between me and the client I let her know her appointment time is fine. That I could still take her. My salon had plumbing issues and I needed to close at the time of her appointment. I ended up having a plumber come in sooner to do the work. So I let her know her appointment was fine and she responded very disrespectful. The person ***** is not even the client I had on file. They are related to my client ***************************. I have my salon policies posted on my website before anyone can book and the policies were told to the client. She decided to cancel because I didnt respond to her text message in the time that she wanted.
