    We purchased the CI-100 Glory Cash Recycler 12/5/23 in the amount of $57,794.24. Received 2/13/24. After completing the training with a Glory Representative we were unable to begin using the machine immediately due to a technical error. Within a week a Tech was able to fix the software error. Rescheduled another training to make sure machine was properly adjusted to begin using. Early March '24 staff began operating recycler. We had to call a Tech a few times with problems Depositing Tills. Each time Tech came out, they advised that there was no problem with machine just clean a little more then recommended which was once a week. Began to maintenance the machine at least 5 days a week. Still had problems Depositing or Replenishing Bill's. Notified Glory & requested for ***** to take a better look into it. Discovered a small broken piece which caused the problem on 9/18/24. A new upper Transport Unit was ordered. Currently our machine is still down. We've reached out multiple times thru phone ************** for a answer or update on repair. We received the upper transport unit 11/7/24. Tech came out 11/8/24. Installed the unit to discover another part is needed. Ordered same day but back to the phone calls requesting a ETA & no update! Glory Representatives said they will notate to contact us for an update thru phone or email but receive neither. 2 months machine is down and it's affecting our business in certain areas.
