They also under bid my move then charged OT to finish it.

      Business Response

      Date: 01/31/2025

Miss ***** filed a claim after the 45 days allotted time to file a claim in the state of ********. Her claim was erroneous as she packed her own boxes and had her father moving boxes once in the home. The boxes were overfilled and not packed properly to ensure safe handling of Dishes. Despite the delayed claim we sent a gift card of $100 to her residence and good faith. However, she claims she never received it. We had no responsibility to offer a $100 credit however we did so in order to appease her As she continued to use disparaging remarks against our company. Furthermore, upon receiving this email, we sent $100 directly to her bank via Zelle. Again, this is in good faith, as we have no responsibility to accept liability for her erroneous claims. We responded to her multiple times and advised her of the situation to no avail.
