    You might save money.... but you for go service standards as a result, so you will lose in the end!What was a pleasure turned into an upset, it's true though one bad apple will spoil a bunch. Manager skills and empathy of the staff has declined rapidly, its a sad shame to see the transformation from nice to nasty in a person and place you once took refuge in. Manager acts out treats' pets and people poorly, staff knows, and they see it, and they know its wrong but say NOTHING. why because they need their job, they are scared to stand up for what is right because they fear being fired, wow that speaks volumes to me! So sad, but let me say this again, it use to be an upstanding facility, it use to be a pleasure to take my pets, MOST of the time staff was pleasant, until they were not.TWO of the managers should not be in any form of a managerial position or job that requires inactions with people or pets period, they are not truthful, unorganized, rude, condescending, and even makes up a narrative to argue a point (that is called a lie), so very dissapointing. Do I even pursue my over charge, nah! I would rather be out the money than to have to deal with the lieing, deceteful woman those two managers are than deal with them again.They need to be investigated, double dosing injections because they cant get their acts together could be fatal to ones pet, so DO NOT CHANCE IT WITH THIS FACILITY
