This company and employs giving bad name to plumbers ,really wish I know now better, after hiring this company to install my water heater, they are worst people to deal with and they claim that they have over 50 years of experience but that does not give them right to cheat costumers and change price, after I call them to find how much is estimate and we agreed after they install water heater they come up with different much higher price and they reuse parts on new water heater and i have everything documented. They ask me to send them prof of reused parts and i did with photos and explained but they did not called me back to explain about difference in price and why they are using old parts. When i call for explanation employee with who give me original estimate tell me that i got lucky because if they didn't use old parts my bill will be much higher.

In response to ************************: An original estimate was given over the phone. Upon arrival our plumber informed both the customer and the office that additional time was needed to complete this installation due to the tight work area and an electrical line that would be in the way. The customer chose to have us continue, moving the electrical himself, and was aware of the additional labor time & that the cost would increase. Install was completed the same day and payment was received. A few days later, we received a call from the customer stating he was overcharged and that we used old parts. We attempted to explain to no avail and asked him to send photos of parts he was speaking about. Photos showed 2 gas shutoff valves---one for the furnace and one for the heater in fine working order. They are not changed on any install unless in bad repair or non-functional. He was told if they were to have been replaced, additional cost would have applied. At no time was ************************ under any obligation to have us complete the work. He could have chosen to get additional estimates if desired.Review fromstephen e

This company did a great job replacing two main water valves in my basement. I had a quote from another company for ******. I sent pics to Dhamer Plumbing and they quoted me ******. **** and **** showed ** on time and completed job in an hour. They were very courteous and friendly. They presented me with a bill for ******. NINETY FIVE DOLLARS LESS THAN QUOTE! They will be my "go to" plumber from now on.****************Jim Dhamer Plumbing & Sewer, Inc.
