    As a traveler with Mayflower tours for over 35 years, I never thought that I would be giving them a one star rating. If possible, I would give them a rating of zero based about the dreadful way that I am being treated for expressing my frustration for their travel rules during Covid-19. In 2021 I went on several trips with Mayflower that didn't ask about vaccination and only requested that we wear masks. Next year (2022) I was unable to travel because "I was not vaccinated". I reminded the manager about the previous year and about other places open to me. I told that I was being discriminated in my opinion. In 2023, they changed their rules and I wanted to sign up for a trip in December and was told by the manager that she had eliminated my profile and I was not allowed to travel with them.Now it is **** and I was still getting brochures and called to request an additional brochure and to sign up for an online zoom presentation. The agent found me in the brochure category. I was promised that I would received the brochure. Two weeks and no brochure. Signed up for a zoom presentation. Never heard from them again. How would you feel if you were in my position? I have never threatened anyone. I have the 1st Amendment right to speak. That is why I am doing this review.My suggestion: find another travel agency. Look at reviews and complaints. Spend your money on a travel agency that treats customers as human beings. and are vindictive.

    Our trip to ******* was booked over a year in advance. Halfway on the way to the airport (ground transportation) we found out our flight was cancelled. One kind gentleman in our group called Mayflower, and for over 1 1/2 hours could not get a straight response from anyone there on what was being done for our group! Therefore, the bus had to turn around and take us back home! Utter disappointment! And, to make matters worse, our refunds (the ones that had insurance) docked us one day. This was by no means our fault as a group....it was poor communication on Mayflower's part! (We had found out a few days later that Mayflower had booked us on the next morning's flight and found us lodging at a hotel near the airport, but no one communicated this information to us!)Very, very frustrating and disappointing.
