      This letter and following PDF's are evidence being submitted on behalf of myself regarding the illegitimate business practices, breach of contract and theft by deception from P&L Motorsports on two separate invoices - Invoice ***** on 01/15/2024 and Invoice ***** on 02/02/2024. Invoice ***** on 01/15/2024 - Charged as $2689.70 - and wrote an invoice of me paying $2,600.00 Invoice ***** on 02/02/2024 - Charged as $1727.36 - and wrote an invoice of me paying $1,669.75 Both overcharging my card against the original invoices. I Placed the first order 1/15/2024 On this day I was informed the kit would take 8 Weeks to Build and 2 Weeks to paint then I would receive the ordered items. I placed the second order 2/2/2024 On this day i was informed everything would be shipped out together (Both orders) I went through months and months of communications Via Email and Phone trying to get answers on when I would receive anything. On 09/20/2024 I still did not have the complete Order Invoice ***** or Invoice ***** and requested a refund. I have returned all products I received to P&L Motorsports request in exchange for a full refund on 10/04/24. P&L Motorsports confirmed delivery of the parts 10/10/24. P&L Motorsports needed my credit card information to complete the Return 10/16/24. I was informed this day that the refund would be processed in 3-5 business days. I reached out for a status update on 10/25/2024 with no response. I reached out for a status update on 10/28/2024 at 10:06 AM with no response. Its been 41 weeks since my original purchase.       Took my 2013 ****** wrx hatchback to this P&L on 1/05/2023 to have some parts put on then **** tuned. I told them all the correct information about my car and I wasnt worried about more power just making sure everything was running safely. When they were done they told me just got to test drive it so they get back and tell me my engine is knocking. Their tuner **** said to me it was knocking on the first run however he didn't tell me that until they got back with the test drive. What he should have done is taken the car off the **** to prevent further damage but he failed to do that. Before my car was in their hands my car had nothing wrong with it. So they still charged me for the service total of $2544.22. I asked what could they do for me since it was their mistake and all I got was "we can fix it at full price". That is unacceptable and Im not giving a single cent more to them. So my dad has been in the auto business for years and has plenty of ****** experience. So I took it to him immediately and my car gave out on the highway due to P&L mistake. I had it towed the rest of way to my ********* which cost $173.24. My dads tech stripped down the engine. 2 rod bearings completely spun and bent due to P&L negligence. Service to have engine fixed cost $6788.12. In addition to that I had to take the car to a ********** (different tuner shop) to have some additional parts put on and ran on the **** to have the car running safely which costs me $2985.36. Due to P&L negligence it costed me $9946.72 in order to repair the engine. I have uploaded P&L receipt and invoice, *************'s invoice, a copy of the towing statement, ****SOURCES invoice, a letter in support of P&L negligence.
