The entire process went very smooth. From meeting with *** and choosing which windows to installation and clean up. I very pleased with my new windows!

Replacing 20 windows was a pretty big project for us, so it was a bit stressful to shop around to make sure we pick the right contractor. We got quotes from 3 different companies and windowworld was in the middle in terms of pricing. We picked ww because of the great reviews, the warranty, our experience with our salesman **** who was very respectful, professional and responsive and from our very positive interaction with the owner ****. **** wasnt pushy and we appreciate that. **** was very helpful, friendly and professional. That made us decide to go with ww because we know that theyre a fair business and kind people (their quote was itemized and transparent - another thing I like about them - they dont resort to gimicks to make sales) and Im confident they would take care of us in case something happens with the windows in the future. The installers were very professional as well. They cleaned up after the install and were very happy with the service overall. We had them replace our patio door as well. We are very happy with our decision to go with ww that we still have their sign at our front yard because we would happily recommend them to anyone needing to get their windows done. Im happy with our new windows and with the whole process - ww made it stress-free for us.Window World of Western Chicago

From start to finish, Window World has been professional, trustworthy and a delight to work with. Every single person we interacted with was kind. The sales team was not in the least bit pushy and even helped us make choices that saved us money! The installation team was diligent and hard working. They did an amazing job removing 12 old windows & installing the new ones with incredible efficiency. Would highly recommend!Window World of Western Chicago

Truly satisfied with installers, installation and windows. They came in fully prepared with tarps to protect furniture and floors.They were polite and efficient.Hope to have another window installed when ready. Would definitely recommend Window World to others.The Ww Salesman explained all and thats how it worked. Very good salesmanship.Window World of Western Chicago
