    On 06/12/2023 I purchased a used *********** **** **** ****** I was approximately 600 miles away and trusted the salesperson to coordinate honestly with information to me., I understand that this was a used machine and some repairs might be needed.

    I signed the purchase agreement and sent it back via email, The salesperson's signature was not applied and never sent back to me.

    The frustrating part to me is the machine was not inspected for delivery. I coolant level needed a gallon to make sure the engine did not overheat, hydraulic fluid was down approximately 2 quarts. The engine compartment was packed with leaves and bush twigs, manly around the exhaust area. Engine oil was full. There was dried blood on the right hand console which seemed to be old. I was shown a video of the machine, unfortunately it was blurry. Pictures showing the rubber tracks had tread life ( which did not show the severe tears in them) and side views and front of the machine were misleading.

    I spoke to **** the salesperson and explained that why wasn't the machine inspected before delivery, I was concerned about was fluid levels and a decent wash on the unit, especially the blood would have been nice to be washed off. The response I received was you bought it cheap, were not going to invest anymore into it.

    Luckily I caught the fluids before operating the unit, otherwise I could have been out thousands with the fluid levels being inadequate. Also cleaning the debris from the exhaust area could have been a fire hazard.

    I understand a business must watch the "overhead" But I am very disappointed that a business would sell a machine that was not inspected for safety before delivery /sale. ,
