    The first time I purchased from this company it was a great experience. The second time it was awfu. They are rude and not helpful at all. After I made my first payment I received 5 phone calls demanding a promise of payment for the following month. I have always made my payments on time so this was uncalled for. This type of practice shows no respect for the consumer. When the item was delivered they demanded a signature before I even inspected the item. They definitely need a class on customer relations
