    We ordered 12 chairs from this business back in March. We paid $5,394.60 for these chairs, and the chairs broke within a couple days of being used. We reached out to the owner *** for a refund, and he did not want to give us a refund. He said he can replace 4 chairs, but we have no use for them since we bought chairs for our restaurant elsewhere. His chairs and unstable and we removed them from our dining room immediately after 2 people fell when they were broken. They were a safety hazard and poorly made. We would like a refund for our chairs that we purchased. He was rude when we talked to him on the phone and said the chairs weren't for commercial use. On his website, it does not say they can't be used at a restaurant.
