      On January 4, 2023, I hired this company to come and rod out my clog sewage lines that caused water to back up into my house through the first floor toilet. They sent a man named ****. He performed the services, and he ran a camera in the lines and said I had a busted pipe outside in my front yard. He also left over fifty (50) feet of rodding in my sewage line. He said it was a piece of the rod stuck in the line when in fact it was over fifty feet (I have pictures). This caused my system to back up two (2) more times before I had to pay so far over Eight Thousand Dollars because they would not come back and retrieve their equipment. **** also quoted me a price of seven Thousand dollars to dig up my yard and replace the supposedly broken pipe in the ground. There was never a broken pipe in the ground. The plumber had to cut my pipes in side the house and again outside in the yard to get their equipment out of the line and I have not had any issues since this was done. Trailblazer plumbing caused this situation while trying to ******* me into a service I never needed until they left their equipment in the pipes.
