    I purchased a car from this dealership, the car had mechanical issues from the first day which created a lot of headaches right off the bat. My complaint is because I had unfortunate event and my car was totaled. I paid $2,050 for warranty that was sold to me through this dealership, because my car was totaled, Im entitled to a refund for that warranty. The warranty company said the money was sent back to the dealership and the dealership should pay me my money back within 10 business days. Its been now over 2 months and they are keep ignoring my emails or if they respond they respond with literal gibberish, sentences and words that make no sense in English. On all of my emails with this dealership are included that warranty company and the lender company so I have witnesses of this behavior. This dealership needs to be shut down so other customers dont get scammed.

    I purchased a vehicle from this business , and I told them i was having issues within that same week that the car was driving funny. He didnt give me a refund nor put me in another car as i asked. I was sent to a shop to just get it fixed as they had my car for a month for it to come out still jerked and driving funny. The transmission light came on again as well. Each time i tried to tell him about the issue he would say there nothing he could do and kept blocking my number. VERY unprofessional. I would like a refund and for that vehicle to be off my credit .

    4/6/24 Vehicle dealer in their process of finalizing the paperwork did not write my phone number correctly. I paid $4000.00 as a deposit. I wrote a check for $3400.00. The check did not clear from the bank due to fraud protection form the bank side. The dealer attempted to reach me using the wrong phone number. The person on the end of the wrong number made threatening remarks to the dealer which escalated. The dealer repossessed the vehicle and that is when we found out the error by the dealer. Now the dealer will not return my full deposit. At this point, all I would like to happen is to have my deposit refunded

    The bank always notifies the customer of any activities. The bank must have notified you the check was not paid and that is your responsibility to contact us .

    we had a check that wasn't paid by your bank. we had to reprocess the vehicle. we will refund your money minus the repo fee. Also your bank should be responsible for that fee.
