    JLM Construction Group Started work without Permits without my consent. They did not finish the work they started, left electrical open, left ground concrete open for over three months, and left a hole open on wall/foundation where electrical was. Ground was opened for plumbing but since they did not finish the work like he promised, water started accumulating in the open area as shown in pictures. JLM Construction Group started the work March 11th, 2024. ************************* promised to finish the work in basement. Today is July 19, 2024 and he said he will come put concrete where it was left open. I am filing complaint because work was started without permits and basement was left incomplete.

    I signed a contract with JLM construction group represented by the owner *************************** to take a remodeling project in my dental office in ***** ** on January 2022 We had an agreement signed between both parties to finish the whole remodeling project I paid JLM construction 30K as a down payment to initiate construction . The contractor started sending me one or two Workeres every one and two weeks which caused delaying the project for long time . Almost from January to May, he only finished front desk area and one more rooms . Even the work he did had to hire another contractor to fix the defective work he did and to finish the job he started and took the down payment for . I tried to reach him multiple times by emails and messages to discuss the situation and understanding a time frame too finish the project , he ignored all my emails and messages .My business was on hold due to the damage did in my office .A small untrue statement he mentioned that there is a delay in flooring orders however , I was able to get the same floor in 1 week after ordering it myself . I ended up hiring another contractor who I had to pay again who was able to finish the entire office in one week however I was waiting for 4 months with ***************************. I would like to file a complaint for fraudulent business agreement , receiving a down payment and not finishing the job as agreed between both parties I am filing a complaint to request a full refund of what I paid despite other damages he caused by delaying his work.Thank you
