    On Tuesday, January 17th I placed two orders at this Subway for pickup. Order 446C8676-7B for 12:20pm & order A7968BF6-EA for 12:25pm.I used a coupon code on both and a rewards gift of $2 on one of them. I get to the restaurant a few minutes before the sandwiches are ready (12:18pm) and sit by the pickup rack for 12 mins with no activity. I then ask about the orders. I am told that they never received order 446C8676-7B and they placed order A7968BF6-EA in the rack and someone else must taken it in the time before I arrived which seems improbable.So they "re-make" order A7968BF6-EA but refuse to make order 446C8676-7B or refund my money.I contacted them via their corporate complaint form and their manager ********************* responds that he takes the complaint seriously and they are looking into it, but will not refund my order or make the sub that I paid for. At this point I consider this theft.The total amount I lost from this transaction is $3.85 as the $2 gift was used on this order. I am seeking a resolution of either: 1. They have to make the order for me or 2. Give me $3.85 in store credit or cash.
