  **** at GCPRO Restoration working with Vinny General Construction coordinated a restoration of my bathroom and basement after a disaster-level flood and have, together, restored my faith in good honest work.Communication, punctuality, efficiency, fairness, care and respect for my home, quality of work, diligence over details, followup and handling insurance, ALL of the important aspects of this work were performed to the utmost excellence and as a homeowner it had completely put my mind at ease, in a situation where I was at-first bracing for the worst.Peace of mind is a thing that is hard to quantify in dollars, and the integrity of **** and ***** and their teams returned immense value in the faith I put in them, I could not be happier with this interaction.

  BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front):GCPRO Restoration does a great job and their Project Manager ********************* in particular is fantastic!My mother is in her 90s and lives in a condo. She suffered some water damage and we selected GCPRO Restoration to do install new floor.I am a Certified Project Manager and geographically separated from my mothers house so I had to manage the process remotely.********************* was assigned as our Project Manager and he and his team were absolutely outstanding. ***** walked me through the entire process (Scope, Schedule, and Budget) as well as going over all steps and procedures with my mother on-site.I was consulted at each step and every effort was made to acquire the exact materials we requested and install the flooring in minimal time with almost zero disruption to the everyday life in the condo.The GCPRO process was quick, easy, and customer-oriented.Thanks **** and thanks **********************!*******!

  ********************* - project manager???? was a pleasure to work with. He assured us that all of our concerns would be addressed. He and his subcontractors made sure we were very satisfied. GCPRO was recommended by our ***************** and I'm glad about that.

  The workers that came and cleaned up the water damage were great and very polite. ***** who works in the office is a joke and needs to learn some customer service skills. ***** was rude and aggressive. Would not recommend using this company in the future.

  I dont often give 5-star ratings, but from start to finish, GCPRO was by far the best mitigation and repair company on StateFarms preferred list. It took ServPro two weeks to contact me after the initial assignment of my claim. By that time, GCPRO was finishing the initial remediation of the damage done to my home and had begun the build-back process. GCPRO contacted me within the hour to schedule the mitigation for the next day. I was so very impressed at the professionalism and knowledge of the two young guys that did the mitigation work to dry out my rooms and remove all the damaged. They were so passionate about the tare-down process and took great care with the wood trim. A week later, ************, the project manager, visited my home and walked me through the build-back process. **** was thorough with what needed to be done and maintained communication and visits as the work was being completed. His team did an amazing job drywalling, plastering, painting, and CLEANING up after they completed their work. To say Im pleased is an understatement. I will definitely be using them for other work I need done. BTW I live on the southeast side of *******, 10 minutes from the Indiana border, and they traveled all the way from Lombard! Thank you all for the excellent service.
