    On April 11 2025 at 11:22 am this store allowed the theft of my EBT money. The stole $540 all in one transaction. Upon. googling them I saw multiple reviews making the same complaint from other states stating their EBT was used at this store and wiped clean of their balance. I called the store and they were noncompliant.

    That it sad and right. Unfortunately, some people somehow are using different people information and its happing many where all over the country. people have the right to post a review, some right account, and some fake, but how ever we are fallowing all the required rules in this business to provide the best service to our customers. For all food stamp benefit purchase, the physical card should be present, and the security code should be verified. we are trying to catch up this issue, and we are in touch with the police department.  Also, we have all proofs, merchant receipt that shows card was swiped and pin was verified, and the video footage. We are trying to correct all these unfear reviews, because whoever has access to the victim information, is using other people benefits into our business, and taking advantage of us. We can provide all proofs that transaction was mad with the physical card, and with the right pin.

    I am rejecting this response because: Your business establishment should not longer be allowed to use Ebt Food stamps for customers. This is a service provided by the federal and state government to people in need who do not have enough income. Multiple times this has occurred at your store and further action is needed by the police . My parents were robbed $540 at your store and are elderly and suffered for a whole month. Unfair business malpractice is occurring at your location as per described by many other people on goggle review. Please review footage from April 11 2025 around 11am to see who used the card
