      The home for this water bill is under construction. There were no water sources during which this bill was issued. There were no toilets, faucets, appliances. The attached pictures show a usage of over 70 gallons of water in one day. It is impossible! The company came to the house and checked the meter and said it was accurate. I still do not live there. There is no daily water use, let alone over 70 gallons in one day.

      Hello, Veolia employs over ******* people globally in over 60 countries where we deliver solutions in water, waste and energy.  With such a diverse offering, it is common for the market to not know or understand our business unit structure.  The complaint received in my BBB inbox was about our municipal water group; I work for the hazardous waste group.

      I sent my water colleague a screenshot of the complaint and asked that they email or call the customer with the water billing issue.  They assured me this morning that they will reach out to them.  Please reach out directly to me if you don't hear from them within five business days. Thank you.

      Veolia operates three business; water, waste and energy.  My BBB listing is for the business I support, waste.  This complaint is about water.  I have forwarded the complaint to my sister division for their resolution.  Tell us why here...

      I set up this BBB account for Veolia's hazardous waste business.  Veolia does provide water services and we did purchase Suez, but the complaint needs to be directed to his Veolia ************ listed on his bill.  I'm sorry for the confusion.

      This is the second time that ****** has deflected the question and not responded to the problem. The level of difficulty working with your company is about as bad customer service as I've ever seen.
