5 starsIf you are considering enhancing your outdoor space with a pergola, *********************** and his team at Chicagoland Pergolas and Pavilions should be up for strong consideration. Based on ****'s promptness and professionalism, we decided to move forward with Chicagoland Pergolas and Pavilions. **** visited my home the following week to verify and finalize measurements, provide sample color stains, and answer all my questions regarding building our pergola on my patio. For a personalized consultation, he suggested a specific color (Behr Slate) outside of our already narrowed-down choices of color stains as it would compliment our patio and we actually went with his suggestion. We were pleased to find out that they were going to build and install our pergola the later that week.I met the install team of **** and **** (another ****). We went through all the build details such as the locations of the center of the footings, suggested pergola height, spacing, etc. They are highly-skilled carpenters and work very efficiently as they completed our pergola in a day. Lastly, these gentlemen were extremely respectful of my property as well as the property of my neighbors as they were very thorough with their cleanup. They were VERY professional and hit the rare to find trifecta of working with someone in home improvement: on time, responsive, and great value! 5 starsI am very pleased with the pergola! The installation went smoothly and the crew made sure everything was cleaned up when finished. I still need to have the landscaping done around the concrete patio I had done before the pergola so I don't have finished photos as of yet. But even as is the pergola makes quite the statement! **** responded very quickly to my inquiry about installing a pergola on our garage deck, which is south facing so gets crazy intense sun. He provided several options together with pictures, and came within a week to inspect our garage deck to verify what options worked.The ************************, was on time, polite, professional and the crew worked quickly, but carefully. My wife is a structural engineer and was curious about the whole process. The crew was happy to work with her and answer all questions.The final product is awesome. The quality of the wood is clearly high, the shade provided is excellent, even in the hottest part of the day, and the price was (by far) the best quote we got. It's hard enough to get contractors to respond to emails and get quotes. This was next level great service.After the construction was done, **** followed up to make sure everything was to our liking and asked for suggestions of how to improve their service. I struggle to come up with suggestions, but I *love* that he asked. This is the sign of a good business - always looking to be better.

5 starsWe had a terrific customer experience. **** and his team are very responsible and communicative. The build was fast, clean and professional - everything I expected. Now I get to enjoy the beautiful outdoors under the shade of my new lovely pergola.
