      Date of service 07/11/2022 we had a sewer back up in our home and had company to come out to clean out, while preforming the service the busted our pipe and I was told by different plumbing company the only way that the pipe can get busted is if the company didnt use right equipment. I have made multiple call attempts and left voicemails but company has ignored all my calls and voicemails

      Attempted to speak with customer 8/4/22 she was not open to listening to me and she hung up.  The sewer line was not busted by our company.  The video that she had from the septic company did show a leak at a joint and we gave her price to repair.  The customer did not call back until she claimed the line was broken.   As stated, we tried to talk but she ended conversation. 

      CUSTOMER CLAIMS WE BROKE ********************** PIPE.  SPOKE WITH TECH THAT WAS THERE 7/11/22
      CUSTOMER CLAIMS TECH WOULD NOT GO INTO *****SPACE.  TALK TO TECH SAID THAT THE ***** SPACE WAS NAILED SHUT.  HE CLEARED THE LINE FROM OUTSIDE WITH A 2" CUTTER (SMALLER DUE TO BEND TO GET TO HOUSE) TANK WAS FULL OF WIPES.  /HE RECOMMENDED TO HAVE SEPTIC COMPANY CHECK SYSTEM.  TECH RETURN 7/20/22.  CUSTOMER SHARED /VIDEO OF DRIP WITH TECH AND SHOWED WATER DRIPPING AT WALL WHERE PVC MEETS 45.  GAVE QUOTE TO REPAIR LINE (**** EXTRA **** IF NEED TO GO THROUH WALL). WHEN TECH DID OPEN ACCESS TO ***** SPACE THERE WAS AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF SEWER FLIES PRESENT.    

      I SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER TODAY, SHE WAS VERY AGRUMENTATIVE WAS UPSET THAT NO ONE HAS CALLED HER BACK FOR 3 WEEKS AND THAT TECH WOULD NOT ACCESS ***** SPACE THAT WAS NAILED SHUT.  EXPLAINED TO HER THAT THE LINE IS CAST IRON AND WE USED A 2" CUTTER TO CLEAR.  WHEN TECH ARRIVED AT HOME, HE COULD SMELL SEWEAGE FROM DOORWAY.  CUSTOMER HAD ALSO SAID THERE HAVE BEEN ********************** FLIES FOR WEEKS. TRIED TO DISCUSS WITH HER AND SHE ENED THE ***** CALL.

      I am rejecting this response because: info provided in this email is inaccurate I dont think that anyone would mail down their crawl space access that is the first think that is in accurate, second this company refused  ti take my called for 3 weeks, there was no likable nor broken pipes prior this company coming and certified technician confirmed that the only way to bust this pipe is if the company that came to clean the sewer has not used correct equipment. The smell they are relating to is because I has sewer backed ** in my house and thats why I called them in the first place to come and clean my drains not to brake, I am requesting the full payment to be returned plus replace my cost. Technicians that came to my house didnt bother to do a thing nor check what is going on. They came in 2nd time (opened) crawl space and said they they are not going down because there were flies and shut it down. All of this info is inaccurate

      Can you please supply something from the other company that came and stated that All Plumbing used the wrong equipment.  The information provided that I have provided is what the tech reported at time of service.  My call on 8/4/22 was not the first call back to the customer.

      that was the first respond or call back after calling for 3 weeks number of times each day and when I asked your why no one answered my calls you told me that you were on the vacation and not sure why no one has reached out even tho I was told by the owner first time I called that he will talk to guys and call me back on that Monday which he never did and since that Saturday I have not received any other calls  until you called back and I did not hung up a call I was in the airplane and my playing was taking of thats why call ended the way it did and ofcourse I couldnt call back as I am out of a country, also the owner told me its not his fault that my house nor pipes were old( not sure how did he get that) when no one ever went to a crawl space to look at the pipes. I have reached out to the company asking for something in writing and waiting for their respond.

      We will wait for somehting from company that stated we used the wrong equipment and that is what broke the pipes.  I am not sure how they are aware of what equipment was used.  As far as returning phone calls I have aplogized for this as I was unavailable for several weeks (not on vacation). To address your ending the call with a hang up, at no time did you say that you were on a plane or say good bye there for the call was ended in a hang up.  Please update when you have the document stating that AllPlumbing used the wrong equipment and that is the cause of a breakage in sewer line.

      i have contacted the company but the owner is out of the country and not able to get a letter one of the employees that came with send me a video that he took saying that is busted and he also stated that I would not have a sewer backup if this was busted prior to your company coming to clean the sewage and water would go to the crawl space like it did after they came and your guys knew something was wrong after cleaning sewer thats why they told me to call ************** and wrote their info on the receipt which I am also including in this email
