    Roof replacement occurred on September 28, 2023. Entire payment has been made and check cashed. After several calls and texts, Owen Enterprises has failed to send final invoice I need for tax and insurance purposes. I have made several attempts to reach out with absolutely no response. I was going to have this vendor replace siding in the spring, but thar is no longer an option. I just want a final invoice that says it has been paid in full.

    Im sorry that you didnt receive our usual level of service, ********. We had a number of serious challenges last year. After 17 years with us, our office manager decided to take early retirement. She handled office functions and several other critical functions of the company. After over 2 weeks of training, her replacement rarely did anything that she was instructed to, such as respond to customer requests for documentation. I had to take over the functions of the company that were her responsibility. Soon after, I ended up in the *** at a hospital for nearly a week. I did email an invoice, but you didnt receive it, because we didnt have your correct email address in our system. After confirming it, you received it from me immediately. I am not trying to blame someone else. My point is that, it wasn't my intention to deprive you of the invoice. Ultimately, it's my fault that this happened. I apologize for not providing better service. We are making a number of changes to prevent something like this from happening again. You said that you would remove this if a BBB representative would call you, but I found out that they are not allowed to call people for this purpose. I apologize for not providing better service. We learned a valuable ****** from what happened. I am happy that you like your new roof system. You will get many years of excellent service from it and if you need us, we will be there.
