    I ordered a 16x30 tarp in September they offered 2 day shipping for an extra $70 so I bought it, but it turns out they cant expedite shipping so I had to ask for a refund for the expedited shipping. I got the refund for the shipping. I get the tarp and it says on the box 16x20, theres a sticker on the tarp that reads 16x20, theres a tag that reads 16x20 so I contacted them to let them know they sent the wrong size and its significantly shorter by 10 feet, they say its probably actually the size I ordered (even though 3 places says its not) because they sent the right size to production and I have to prove to them that its not actually 16x30 so they force me to unroll the 20 foot tarp and measure and take a picture, which I did and it was 16x20 not 16x30. Then they demand that I somehow fold it neatly back up and ship it back and theyll give me the tarp I ordered. I let them know I can drop the tarp off when I get the tarp I ordered. They said they have to charge me again because they already refunded me, but the scam is they only refunded me for the shipping. So now I paid $700 for a tarp that is smaller than I ordered and in order for me to get the tarp I ordered I have to pay for it again.

    ***** issued a chargeback through her credit card institution rendering us with out the funds for this order. This is the reason, we requested a second payment for the tarp, or as an alternative to wait until their credit card institution return their fund into her credit card account. At every point, we communicated with *****, we emailed her several times and called her and left her many voicemails and offered her the solutions for her. But we never got any phone response from her side.  As indicated in the email thread attached to this message, we have stood behind our products at every step of the process. We did ask the customer to make sure she got the correct size, but we never forced her to unfold the tarps if it was an issue. We still to resolve this issue as soon as ***** replies to our emails and calls. We are here to support her to get the right size that she ordered but we needs her cooperation as well.  At this point, she has issued a credit card charge back to her account and she is still holding the tarps.  We appreciate your understanding the situation to solve this issue together and move forward.  Thank you.
