    My daughter enrolled as a Gold member at this merchant in September ******* January 2025, I would like to cancel her membership. I tried to call, email, fill in online form to notify the merchant, but could not reach the merchant via any of these methods. So I had to stop credit card payments. And the merchant kept sending me emails asking for payment.I would like to let the merchant cancel my daughter's membership and stop sending me emails.

    Subject: Complaint Against Altitude Trampoline Park in Lombard, ******** To Whom It May ********* am writing to file a formal complaint against Altitude Trampoline Park located in Lombard, ********. On behalf of my three children, ***********************, ******* ******, and ***********************, I purchased a membership. However, despite multiple attempts to cancel the membership, we continue to be charged monthly fees.Over the past three months, I have made five phone calls and sent two emails requesting cancellation of the membership. Despite these efforts, the charges persist, and the membership has not been terminated.It is imperative that this issue be resolved immediately, as my family no longer resides in the area and has no use for the membership. We expect a prompt response and action to cease all charges and cancel the membership as requested.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
