    In the beginning of 2018, i decided to buy a house. I worked with B***** C********with Keller Williams at ******** and thought i could trust him. I'm a single mom with 2 kids and 2 animals. I wanted something ready to move into with a good roof, good electrical and good plumbing. After a few months of looking, i decided on a home. I went with an FHA loan so I knew that the house would have to pass certain criteria. I was told it passed all the inspections. The day i signed the papers, the pipes in the kitchen burst. I called my realtor. He told me he didn't get me the one year warranty because he had receipts. None of which pertained to the plumbing. So he did nothing. Then several months later i had to replace the hot water heater. Again when i called, he did nothing. I had a water leak and found out my plumbing should not have passed inspection. Then had an electrical issue. Again, i was told it should not have passed inspection. Recently i had hail damage to my roof and guess what? Yep, it shouldn't have passed an inspection either. All the plywood was moldy, brittle and the attic had mold.Every professional I've had to call for repairs, asked me how i bought a house that should never have passed ANY inspections!I will NEVER do business with, promote or recommend B***** C******* or Keller Williams again!
