  Just called to voice my unhappiness with your service. **** was rude and totally uncompromising. I am 67 and disabled. When your crew was here, they totally rearranged my cupboards, which had been the same since I was born (Ive lived here since birth). There was no reason to do that. They broke things which have not been replaced. Brought bags of clothes which were to be be washed from the garage to my bedroom and stacked them in front of my closet so I cannot access my closet. They were supposed to help, not put me in a worse position. I couldve cleaned my home in another way. I wish they had never come!

  We are sorry you are disappointed with our services. We have always strived to be the most accommodating to our customers. We always work in a professional manner and work directly with our customer to ensure the success of our *********** is unfortunate that we did not get the opportunity to send someone out prior to the posting of this review. We could have had a technician come out to put things where you wanted them.However, when we were there, we let you know everything we were doing and where we put it. I worked directly with you throughout the entire process. You asked us not to bring clothes downstairs because most of them were clean and you could not carry them back upstairs.I would be more than happy to replace the $5.00 piece of glass due to it not being installed properly, if you can provide me with dimensions. I will happily deliver it myself.

  If you are looking for THE BEST, this is it!!! We were dealing with the aftermath of a mice infestation, lots of clutter and bad smell. ******************* and his team came in and went to work on the house and didnt stop for three days! They cleaned ceilings, cabinets, walls, floors, toilets, everything from top to bottom. Cleaned, steamed and disinfected! The smell dissipated every hour they were there. It was truly amazing watching the transformation happen so fast,They carefully cleared clutter asking us all along the way if we wanted to keep, donate or trash items. They carefully sorted personal items and important paperwork and set it aside for us to go through. They were kind, polite and caring throughout the entire process.My cousin had been very hesitant about having people come into his home and was embarrassed by the smell and mess. However, he felt so comfortable with ***** team that he expressed over and over to everyone how happy he was they were there. The team was so great!! They put together a new recliner I had ordered that was still in the box and then helped set up his new television! They did not have to do this but didnt hesitate when I asked for their assistance. They went above and beyond the entire time they were there.******************* is an amazing individual who truly cares about the quality of work his company promises to deliver. ****, working with you and your team was an absolute pleasure! I will recommend you to anyone and everyone I can!! Thank you again!

  ******************* and his crew at Steri-Clean just finished up 5 days of exceptionally difficult work, cleaning, decluttering and organizing our home here in *******, ********! At the outset, **** told me I would never find any harder working individuals than those employed by Steri-Clean. We. have used other cleaners, both the maid services locally and a professional cleaning company that is in the same category as Steri-Clean. But, no one has ever made our home look like new on the inside like Steri-Clean did. I am embarrassed to admit we had old dog p*** and just plain dirt in hard-to-get-to spaces and corners. All of this unhealthy and filthy dirt was gone when Steri-Clean was finished. Not only gone, but exceptionally bright, shiny and new even with sunbeams bouncing off the newly mopped walls and floors; and speaking of mopping, they even mopped the ceilings! Have you ever heard of anyone mopping the ceilings? I haven't, and found it inspiring! If you need a good house washing and want it done thoroughly and with care, I recommend Ster1-Clean highly and without any reservation. They're #1 in my book!

  Steri Clean ** was awesome! I believe I was a Level 3 hoarder, they came in evaluated my mess and gave me a quote. Spent 6 days decluttering, cleaning, and washing the carpets, walls, and ceilings. I was counseled on how to change my hoarding ways so this does not happen again! I sat back the first day and then I was put to work sorting thru my stuff, which was hard but necessary. I would recommend them to anyone! I would give them 20 stars if allowed!
