    I'm a VERY UNHAPPY customer since my door and screen has been installed on 6/29/23. I have called several times complaining about the door and screen ...they send someone out and fix it, it lasts for a few weeks before I call again about the same problem and another problem. They come out and fix the problem, saying hopefully this is the last time,and it is NEVER the LAST TIME... My door WASN'T INSTALLED PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME. The young man that came out to install the door he was here for 8 plus hours for me to have SUCH LOUSY SERVICES. I've asked someone to come out to reinstall my door, which I feel is more than FAIR.... Because your company didn't have a PROBLEM cashing my CHECK... But I'm still and will ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS with my DOORS until someone comes out THAT'S professional to reinstall them. I'm only giving this star because they want allow me to move forward to the next page.

    Preferred Door is a bunch of junk they put in a bummer door for me and never got it right and the manager stop returning my calls. They had to come back about 11 times to adjust the door and never got it right. They are not in business to have a pleased customer . They patched up adjusting over and over until the warranty was over now I have to pay for something they never got right.
