I made a reservation to the Mine night club in ******* and in the provided information it said we need $800+ to get the section I wanted I purchased a liquor package of $900 and the waitress told me that we needed a $1000 minimum to keep our section so she would put another bottle of champagne. In all the provided info it says $800+ we spent initially $900 and they claimed last minute that they would put an additional bottle on the tab to keep us in the section. On top of that the reservation was for my birthday and the service provided was a sign and sparklers however when the sign came out they had the incorrect name on the birthday banner! the sign said *****! Im sorry but if Im obligated $1000 for a sign and sparklers Im expecting to see the correct name. Im embarrassed! I cant believe I paid that much for them to RUIN my GOLDEN birthday celebration, an experience I will only have ONCE. The Mine scammed and embarrassed me in front of my friends and family, SOME of who came from out of state to celebrate this day that was supposed to have been such a special moment. In the provided images you can see the packages and the requirements for the section. In the packages provided we purchased guayando pack which is $900 which is $100 more than what was required for the section in the blue room which is where we were at.

12/29/22 Thursday night 10pm initial entry Time of event 12/30/22 approx 12:45am Friday morning After patronizing *********** asked to step out to my car with my friend to get more cash. V5 greeter and loft staff inside said it was okay. The cash was to buy food at *************. Both myself and my friend were full sober. We were both hungry and wanted a meal before our hour drive. Upon returning to the establishment after retrieving money from my vehicle, we were told by the older caucasian bearded bouncer at the door that we would have to pay him $20 cash each in order to go to LPs to dine. He then started he would cut us a50% off deal and only charge $10 each to enter the restaurant. It Id to be noted that even if the establishment has a cover, it is collected by staff inside and not by the bouncers outside. Ever. ** first I thought he was joking but he started it was a new city rule. I informed him that this rule doesnt actually exist. He then said it was a cpd rule in order to stop loitering. I asked him to identify himself since he was claiming to enforce a police order at which time he stated he was not going to. I called the desk Sgt. ** 018th district to verify the bouncers claim. The sgt stated no such police order existed. I then flagged down a 018 district case as it their district and asked them about the situation. They started the bouncer was just trying to pocket our money and we shouldnt pay him anything. The bouncer wearing the fake cpd looking security badge and the younger African American bouncer were both having a conversation with a couple girls a bit away from the door so I could not ask them to intervene. Im requesting the bouncers name whose he refused to give as well as the security contractor state license number for an IDPR complaint. Failure to do so will result in formal litigation as it is my right to know this. This is disgusting and unethical behavior from someone placed there to protect patrons. This is illegal
