    I am writing to you today because of how extensive this process has been. Our car was hit by one of Pekin drivers. A claim was filed, and a police report was sent for review stating their driver hit us. Our adjuster, ******* was not responsive. They did everything and anything to not pay our claim. A claim was filed beginning of May of this year. I have contacted several representatives from this insurance such as ***** and *****. They don't return phone calls, and if they do, it is about a two-week wait. This is the worse insurance company I have ever encountered.I have emailed *********************************************************** regarding the need for a response. The next day I got a call from the claim adjuster, ******, stating the denial of the claim when their driver was at CLEAR FAULT. At this point, this has all been very frustrating. Their driver said it wasn't his fault and thats the reason why our claim is denied when there is a LEGAL document stating otherwise. It seems this is something they do often. They do not pay claims, and it seems people have to get a lawyer to get their claim situated. I am not sure how this insurance company does business but it seems very sketchy. I have asked for a letter of denial to present to our attorney. That is still pending
