      DO NOT give your information to this company. I am a nurse at a family practice. We have received numerous faxes and calls from this company requesting patient information. They target ******** patients, most of whom have not even inquired about genetic testing. They target our vulnerable patients and take their genetic as well as insurance information. They try to call the doctor's ****** over and over in hopes of wearing us down, so we give them what they want. We will be reporting them to ******** fraud.

      Received a phone call from Bio Genetics Lab. They knew my name and phone number. Told me if my insurance would pay, they could do genetic testing on me for markers concerning cancer, dementia etc. they ask for my ******** # and it was worn off to the point I couldnt read it. So they ask for my SS #. Being foolish, I gave that to them. Then they told me my insurance was out of network and I did not qualify. Concerned that I gave them SS#.

      Conned me out of my social security number by offering to look up my ******** number so I could get the cancer test paid for. Help. I'm freaking out. Think they stole my identity. This happened yesterday. They called from this #: ************.I want to be sure they haven't sold my identity. Stop asking people for that kind of info.

      Continuous calls daily to speak with certain household member only. Asks if ever tested for cancer. Asks how many pills you are taking. Answered back that I didn't feel it was correct to give them my medical info. The person calling would only speak to certain individual because of hipa laws. Many times we told them to stop calling and harassing us. We are on DO NOT CALL LIST. A call back to this company phone number is ************.Called for a week before dates typed here.
