    I purchased a Townhome in the Enclave subdivision. Dunree Homes. My address, **************************************************** I paid ********** for this property, and the house was not finished, areas that needed to be sanded and painted, the baths still had grout on the tile, tub, floors, They put a niche in the shower, which, I was asked if I wanted one, and I said No,because, I didn't want any leaking that could happen because of it. There is a wall in the living room in the living room that was supposed to wired for TV,it was not, I now have all kinds of wires that you can see and there is a hole drilled in my oak floor with a cable wire brought up from the basement. This was supposed to be done before the drywall was put up, it wasn't. The Kitchen cabinets are terrible the stain is awful, they put in a drawer that hangs crooked,they drilled holes in two of the cabinet doors and filled the holes with wood filler that does not match. The granite counter tops are not sealed all the way and there is wide space between the backsplash and wall. Most of the doors were cut and were not sanded or painted, and are very rough. Pictures and videos should show proof. I don't know if I can have a comment from one of the contractors that made a comment to me when he was leaving, but, if I can, I would like to have it stated.
