  We hired them for 2 stamped patios on either side of our porch, joined by a sidewalk around the deck steps and paid them $9500.00. Work started on July 26th. The patios finish was not right and the sidewalk seams were not straight. We were told they would treat the patios with a chemical which would fix the finish and reseal them and that the only way to fix the seams was to have the sidewalk redone. We expressed concerns about the patios finish still not being correct and that by just pouring the sidewalk it would not match. We were assured it would all be corrected and match. They did not make this a priority and treated us like we were a side job, rather than a paying customer. They waiting 6 days after pouring the new sidewalk to come out and power wash it and cut the seams, which is too long. The first time they were back the next day and had it done within 24hours. We are thinking the waiting attributed to the color issue as well as some cracking when they cut the seams. The patios still do not look right and the sidewalk does not match at all. They advised they were done and not spending any more of their money to make it right and even accused us of taking advantage of them when I had them pay for a couple of decking pieces they damaged and because we "made them pour a new sidewalk" when they are the ones who said that was the only way to fix the seam issues. We would like either for the entire thing to be redone or for them to provide a refund so that we find another company to do it correctly.

  We got hired by ***** and her husband since we were recommended by a coworker that we had done a patio for. When we poured the patio and sidewalk the first time ***** was not happy with 2 joints since they were slanted so she asked us to fix them and I told her that the only way to fix them would be to replace the whole sidewalk and we agreed to replaced it. We poured the sidewalk but this time we decided to saw cut the joints in so we could make sure they were straight. When we went back to saw cut and wash the sidewalk we saw a tiny spider vein crack. ***** pointed out the crack and started to complain and I told her spider vein cracks were common on concrete especially on corners. ***** made a comment about the color if it was going to match and I told her that it would since same color was used but not at first since the patio has 3 weeks in so it all had to take time so all concrete could even out in color. We added more sealer to previous poured patio since she asked us to so we did. She asked us to pay for a board that was damaged during work which we did. We did everything ***** asked us to do. ****** husband told us that everything was good that he didnt understand why she kept complaining when he thought everything looked good. In my opinion we did everything that we were supposed to.
