    I ordered a filter off the FilterShipping.com website. I ordered what was pictured on the website which matched the filter that I have at home. I received a different filter in the mail and notified the company the same day. I included the picture of what I ordered from the website, what arrived and quoted their return policy that stated, "they would pay for shipping/label etc if they mis-shipped the item." *********** confirmed there was a mistake on the website, they changed the photograph because of the confusion, admitted they shipped the wrong item, offered to send a label to return the filter and would process a refund. I paid $50.00 for the filter but only received $41.19 for the refund. I emailed the company to inquire why, but they just continue to argue with me via email stating I ordered the wrong item and they are refusing to issue a full refund. Despite the photos, admittance via email for confusion and mislabeling and misleading information and violating their own return policy on the website. I have been trying to get a full refund for returning the filter immediately to them and what is left is $8.81 . The filter was received on 7/25/2023 and shipped back on 7/27/2023.

    Hello,

    The customer ordered a ********************** from us and the style was slightly different than her old filter.  I told her that the manufacturer had changed the design a little but if she ordered the right size and we sent her the right filter it would work just the same as the old one.  But if she wanted she could return it.  

    Once we received it back it was the right filter we did not send the wrong one and it should have worked for her just like her old one.  

    So our return policy state that if you ordered the wrong filter, which she must have since she said it didnt fit,  you will have to pay for shipping.  I could have charged her for shipping it to her and the return shipping, but I only charged her for the return shipping.  I was trying to be nice.  

    Our website had the picture of the old design and the new design and stated that they were still the same size and either one would work if you order the correct size.  

    I feel we did nothing wrong, we sent what she ordered and it didnt fit for her.  I believe it was her mistake, sorry.

    I have one last document that I would like to submit in regards to my complaint filed against Filter Shipping on 8/7/2023.

    This is their return policy which they are violating and refusing to issue my full refund in the amount of $50.00.

    The return policy states that if it was a misship, another words we sent the wrong item or filter, we would pay for shipping.  But in this case we sent what the customer order.  The size and material was correct.  The filter iwould work exactly how it was supposed to.  No need to be returned.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have been credited for their mis-shipped, mislabel and misleading item on their website. They were incorrect and provided absolutely horrible customer service, so I escalated outside and received my credit back for their mistake and lie.
