    I ordered some hobby supplies on December 4th at 11:56 am, according to my ****** statement. After numerous attempts to contact them through phone calls, email, ******** message and a post on their ******** Group Page, I have not received my order. I did not receive ANY response from them, except removing my public post on the ** Group. Not one acknowledgement on any medium. I have hacked my Spam folder in my email, as well. I have left my phone number and was VERY polite in all attempts. All I asked for was the product. If they sent it, they have never provided me with a tracking number to trace what happened to it. I have been told by other customers through the group that they had the same problem with them. I checked shortly after ordering and the stock level went down on the items I ordered, specifically a small model airplane kit and various small items.****** does not allow screenshots to upload to you. I ordered from them in 2017, ironically the same kit. ****** showed that as a history with them. I received that order in 2017 with no problems. I am a disabled veteran, as such, I have a limited fixed income and this is not a trivial amount of my monthly budget.

    Ordered over a month ago. I have left 3 messages on business contact sheet. I have left 2 voicemails requesting contact/update. They no longer answer their phone. I want either a status on the product via email or phone or full refund.
