    I would it use this attorney. I went to him and he told me my case was pretty simple. We put our retainer down and we waited. He told us that he would be sending us some forms to sign so he could file our case in court 6 months went by with no contract. I called him several times and emailed with no luck. Finally we found a different lawyer to take our case. The day after our new lawyer contacted him to get the information on our case he bills us for work he never did..

    This review is not accurate. We were retained in July, 2023, so we havent had the case for 6 months. We have had some delays getting all the information we needed for the matter, as the case was not as simple as the client first informed us. However, we did have conversations with the realtor, sent a demand letter to the opposing side, but never heard back, and we prepared a complaint for filing, but the client did not provide information necessary to complete until the 26th of October. We were never contacted by another attorney and did not know the client wanted to end our representation. Although we can improve our communications with this client, the client was only billed for work we performed, yet the client failed to replenish their retainer. We will be following up with them to resolve any issues.

    Update: we have had numerous communications with this client since being retained in July 2023, the last being October 26, 2023, when we finally received some information needed to finish drafting their complaint.
